I’m not getting my daily bites emails. What’s going on?

If you’re using Gmail, check other folders like Promotions and Updates. If you see one of our emails there, on your desktop or laptop computer, just drag the email into the Primary folder and moving forward the bites emails will be delivered into your mail folder each day.

I registered my device in the form but still am not able to access the Bites page. What do I do?

Check if your cookies are enabled. This will depend on the web browser you are using. Here are instructions for Google Chrome.

I’m seeing the same video as yesterday. What do I do?

Many tech issues can resolved by simply clearing your cache.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you don’t want to continue receiving your daily bites, just click here and follow the instructions. Doing so will immediately terminate your access to the bites page.
