I am a nationally certified Pilates instructor (NPCP) with Pilates in Holland. I worked for AT&T for 36 years in Network Engineering and am a musician. After retirement, I began teaching Pilates in 2019. Currently I am on the Performance Health Committee for the National Flute Association. As an avid learner, I have completed studies in the pelvic floor, and am working on completing a certification on Pilates for Neurological Conditions.
