About:

I’m a trained and certified Buff Bones instructor. I’m also a classically trained Pilates teacher, certified through Classical Pilates USA with The New York Pilates Studio. I’ve been teaching Pilates for more than 10 years, working with clients in private sessions and group equipment and mat classes. I completed the Bone Fit training through the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation and am also Barre Intensity certified.
