We launched the Blueprint in early 2024 to address the need for a comprehensive approach to osteoporosis management around and after menopause that’s centered on exercise. Using weight training and other techniques, we provide personalized direction and feedback, along with education and support to sift past the confusion and complexities of information about low bone density.
We’ve been working with midlife women and bone health societies for more than 15 years to overcome joint pain, move more freely, and improve bone health.

Before we get you moving, we identify HOW you move currently and take into account any other conditions, injuries, and issues you’re experiencing in your body. We assess your skills and movement patterns to determine how we’ll program you and the path to best guide you in your goals for better bone health.
Using the Buff Bones® method, you’ll develop a solid foundation working on key skills of strength, mobility, balance, and coordination to improve how you move, master essential movements, and avoid injury. You’ll segue into a strength training program that will adapt to your unique needs, while integrating elements of impact that your bone density also demands. Learn to load your bones safely and progressively.
Having a plan for strong bones is part of the equation. Sticking to that plan is another story. How do you remain consistent, not fall off the bandwagon, and overcome the feelings of isolation when addressing low bone density? Community and connection, support and accountability – these are baked into the Blueprint and the key to your success. Group coaching calls, a private forum on our app, and direct access to your coach throughout all help you stay on track and mold your mindset from fear and overwhelm to confidence and courage about your body, bones, and future.
Sifting through all the information out there now about bone health can make you feel like you’re floundering. We teach you about nutrition, medications, labwork, and osteoporosis screenings so you can ask the right questions of your healthcare providers, make better choices, and finally take charge of your health.
