Each day varies in length from 5 to 45 minutes, but most average around 20 minutes – a totally doable undertaking!

That’s ok! The goal of this 10-day challenge is to teach you the foundational movements for a lifetime of healthy bones. You’re expected to just get down to the ground and from there, you’ll follow along as you can!

All you need is a mat, a set of 2-3 lb weights or two cans, and a chair.

You’ll be able to login for two months after purchase, during which you can repeat any of the videos as often as you like.

You lose a significant amount of estrogen around the time of menopause and in the handful of years after, which leads to big drops in bone mass. So now is the critical time to combat bone loss – as or even before it happens.

We’re confident you will improve in any of the skillsets practiced in the challenge, feel better in your body, or at least learn new tips for how move and organize from within. Please contact us directly if you feel otherwise!
