What is your Instructor Training cancellation policy?

There are no refunds for courses. All cancellations must be submitted via email and are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

For any cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the start of your course meeting date, you may transfer to another course of the same format within one year. (In-Person course cancellations may transfer to a Livestream course within one year.)

For any cancellations within 48 hours prior to the start of your course meeting date, there will be no refunds or transfers to a future course.

You may only transfer payment to a different course one time.
