As a Buff Bones® instructor for 10 years and a Pilates teacher for 22 years, certified through the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP), my mission is to help active people have strong and balanced bodies as they age. I have a home studio with a reformer, cadillac/tower unit and all of the props you will need to get a great Buff Bones® workout!
