With a background in Group Exercise instruction, I first qualified to teach Pilates Matwork in 2007 with a Matwork Certification, then fifteen years of Matwork and Studio teaching later with the Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method, a nationally accredited qualification and recognised with the Pilates Association of Australia and AUSFit. I am Australian-based currently living in Pakistan while on a diplomatic posting with my partner. I continue to teach Matwork and Studio Pilates.
