I am a Buff Bones® Advanced instructor and a Pilates teacher certified by the National Pilates Certification Program. I’ve taught Buff Bones® since 2015 and Pilates since 2013. My mission is to help people explore their potential for ease, power and joy in moving through daily life activities and exercise. I approach movement from an embodied perspective. I help people deepen awareness of the relationships throughout the body and move so they feel their whole body participating proportionally.
