I’m a Pilates instructor based in Bury St Edmunds offering group and one-to-one classes. I qualified with Body Control Pilates in 2019 then went on to do their Bone Health course and the Buff Bones course. Other courses include Pilates for the Older Person, Pilates for Hypermobility and the Integral Movement Method for people with Ehlers-Danlos.
