I have 17 years teaching experience with various programs. My passion is for Pilates and I am certified through the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP). I am also comprehensively certified through Balanced Body for all Pilates modalities. Other certifications include: AFAA Primary Group Exercise Instructor, NASM(National Academy of Sports Medicine) Nutrition Coach, Pink Ribbon Program Post Rehabilitative Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist, Arthritis Foundation Aqua Arthritis Instructor.
