I have been Buff Bones certified for 10 years and teaching Pilates for close to 20. I value my students’ goals and concerns and help them to navigate functional movements with greater ease, pleasure and joy! I presently teach clients in person and online including students in the US, UK and Africa. I am a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT). I love all forms of movement and have studied Kung Fu, ballet, contemporary dance and other somatic disciplines.
