Osteoporosis and bone health training for exercise professionals
Instructor Training draws upon Pilates, strength training, somatics, functional movement, and rehabilitation techniques. It applies research findings on bone and fascia, along with teachings of motor control, biotensegrity, and movement quality.
With Buff Bones® Training, you will learn to:

- Meet on Zoom 2-2.5 hours daily over 4 days with Rebekah and faculty
This course includes:
- 34 foundational video lessons including 2 hour-long workouts plus workbook (with access for an entire year) – nearly 10 hours of content.
- 11 video lessons of the Stepping Stones coursework with charted material – 1.5 hours of content.
- Zoom sessions with Rebekah and faculty for lectures and learning labs.
- Feedback to improve your teaching skills and movement patterns.
- Interaction with other exercise professionals.
- Access to The Buff Bones® Challenge as well as extra workouts from the Online Studio.

In-Person

FAQs
How do I obtain a Buff Bones® Pro-Membership?
Our Pro-Membership is currently not open to new members while we’re updating the service and features. Stay tuned for details which will be communicated to those who have taken our Instructor Training.
What kind of exercise certification or certificate is required to attend this course?
The Buff Bones® Instructor Training is open to various movement and exercise specialists including Pilates, yoga, movement and group fitness instructors, personal trainers and physical therapists (physios). Attendees should familiarize themselves with basic traditional Pilates mat exercises prior to the course.
Does this course offer continuing education credits?
All who complete the Livestream training course will receive a total of 29 NPCP CECs and the In-Person course will receive 30.5 NPCP CECs.
What is your cancellation policy?
There are no refunds for courses. All cancellations must be submitted via email and are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
For any cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the start of your course meeting date, you may transfer to another course of the same format within one year. (In-Person course cancellations may transfer to a Livestream course within one year.)
For any cancellations within 48 hours prior to the start of your course meeting date, there will be no refunds or transfers to a future course.
You may only transfer payment to a different course one time.
