I am a Professionally Registered Somatic Movement Educator & Therapist, Regulated Comprehensive & Remedial Pilates Specialist Teacher, Buff Bones® Instructor, and a Dance UK Healthcare Practitioner. I work with all kinds of moving bodies, from those who have little movement experience all the way through to professional movers and I specialise in mind body work, as well as female and dancer health. My practice is located in person Shropshire, Birmingham City Centre as well as online.
