Stepping Stones FAQs
Will I get NPCP CECs?
Yes! You’ll receive a total of 8.5 NPCP CECs.
How long do I have access to the pre-recorded materials?
You’ll keep access to the course as long as your BB membership is active, and you have access to sample classes for six months.
Do I have to attend the Zoom learning lab or will you send a recording?
You must attend the Zoom meeting—and with your camera on so that your instructor can see you embody the advanced training techniques.
Does advanced training change my membership fee?
No, your membership fee will stay the same.
Can I reschedule my zoom learning lab date?
Please sign up for your Stepping Stones course date with care as we cannot reschedule you into another course due to the administrative costs and time associated with rescheduling courses—all of the online access is built into our proprietary software. Obviously, we can make an exception for an emergency near or around the course date.

How long do I have access to the Buff Bones® Challenge?
You have access to the Challenge for 60 days from the date you used the code to “purchase” the Challenge.
Cancellations & Refunds
There are no refunds for courses. All cancellations must be submitted via email and are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
For any cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the start of your course meeting date, you may transfer to a Livestream or In-Person course within one year.
For any cancellations within 48 hours prior to the start of your course meeting date, there will be no refunds or transfers to a future course.
